If more company leaders followed this example of selflessness instead of being so fucking greedy the economy wouldn’t be so shitty. I mean really, just how much money do you really need to have.

This is what I always thought! Why SHOULD companies lay off hundreds, thousands of employees because they had a drop in profits (whilst still making a profit)? Why not cut the pays of the top positions so that you can maintain people employed?? It also makes more sense to keep people employed - it helps the economy, in the long term! If people keep getting laid off, and there is no one earning money, how would people buy things and purchase services? If people aren’t employed, profits for companies decrease, and these CEOs will not be able to have profits either!
Bloody hell, if these CEOs were less greedy and short-term thinking, the world would actually be a better place.
